I am a servant of the people.
In my opinion, to be a true servant of the people, you not only have to serve, you have to be able to show people the true meaning of their actions. In todays world, companies are too afraid of driving off customers that they reward them for being an embarrassment to the human race.
I have been in customer service for about 9 years, and from day one I have spoken my mind. Of course this has gotten me into trouble here and there, but most people appreciate my honesty. Unfortunately in these hard economic times, I cannot take the risk of losing my job for telling things the way they are. People need to see that they way they act is a disgrace. This is my mission, this is my cause.
